Dara Lynn joined the firm in 2014 and is known as a trusted advisor to individuals and families. Dara Lynn educates and guides her clients to develop and implement sophisticated and tax-efficient estate plans to address their specific needs and goals, including protecting assets for the next generation and minimizing probate. Her counsel includes multigenerational wealth transfers, business succession planning, gift and income tax planning, charitable planning, nuptial agreements, and general probate and estate administration.
Prior to joining Tarlow Breed Hart & Rodgers, Dara Lynn was an associate with a boutique trusts and estates firm in Weston, Massachusetts. While in school, Dara Lynn began her legal career working in the Norfolk County Probate and Family Court in Canton, and in the Estate and Gift Tax Division of the Internal Revenue Service in Boston.
Before beginning her legal studies, Dara Lynn worked in a financial planning family business. Dara Lynn, an avid outdoor enthusiast, enjoys running, biking, swimming, and hiking. Dara Lynn and her husband climbed all forty-eight (48) “4,000 footers” in New Hampshire together. Dara Lynn completed the B2VT (142-mile bike ride) in 2023 and the Sea to Summit Triathlon in 2023. She recently completed the Boston Marathon, raising thousands of dollars for Marisa’s Mission. She lives on the South Shore with her husband and their three daughters.
