Attorney Kelly Aylward of Tarlow Breed Hart & Rodgers Named Fellow of American College of Trust & Estate Counsel
Boston, MA:  Kelly Aylward, an attorney with the Boston law firm of Tarlow Breed Hart & Rodgers, P.C. has been named a Fellow of the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel (ACTEC). In addition, Attorney Aylward has been named an officer of the Boston Estate Planning Council. Attorney Aylward joined Tarlow Breed Hart & Rodgers in 2013 and focuses her practice in the areas of tax and estate planning, asset protection, business administration and succession, estate and trust administration, special needs planning, and charitable planning.

Founded in 1949, The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (formerly known as The American College of Probate Counsel) is a nonprofit association of lawyers and law professors skilled and experienced in the preparation of wills and trusts; estate planning; and probate procedure and administration of trusts and estates of decedents, minors and incompetents.
